COVID-19 Important information

Bungalows Doña Rosa has been entirely disinfected and sanitized following all the measures and cleaning protocols put in place by the Institute for Spanish Tourism Quality (ITCE).

IMPORTANT – ENTRY TEST

To guarantee everyone’s health and safety, maintain the low COVID-19 incidence rate in the archipelago and maintain tourist and economic activity with the highest level of safety and quality, all visitors over 6 years of age must present certification of a negative diagnostic test for active COVID-19 infection taken within 72 hours before arrival in the Canary Islands. The test must be officially approved by the health authorities.

In addition, if you are traveling from a high risk zone: you need to have a negative PCR result from a test taken within 72 hours of arrival to Spain.

This certificate is necessary to access this (and any other) tourist accommodation on the Islands. It can be presented in digital or paper form and it must show the date and time of the test, the identity of the person tested, the authorized center responsible for its verification, the type of test and the negative result.

Bungalows Doña Rosa is collaborating with San Roque Maspalomas Clinic to offer you the possibility to do the antigen test. When you arrive, we will inform you how to get there (taxi is approximately 6€ one way). They will be expecting you for the test and the results will take 15 to 20 minutes. The test costs 15€ per person.

To sum up, these measures implicate everyone to be responsible for the reduced spread of COVID-19, please keep in mind the following actions:

ACCESS

Check-in: 14:30 / Check-out: 11:30. We ask you to please contact us with your approximate arrival time.

• Maximum capacity in reception – 3.
• Any outside visitor not registered in the reservation is prohibited. We will have to ask the person to leave the complex.
• Hidroalcoholic gel in transit points.
• Masks are mandatory in all areas of the complex except in the deck chairs, the terrace and in the water.
• Smoking is prohibited if it is not possible to maintain the minimum safety distance. This also applies in the bungalow terraces.

SWIMMING POOL, DECK CHAIRS AND COMMON AREAS    

• The deck chairs are numbered according to the bungalow and the number of people in that bungalow. Towels must be used.
• The Balinese beds can be used with self-service cleaning and disinfection. It is also required that towels be used to cover the bed completely.
• One pool umbrella, two weights and a small table per bungalow.
• Swimming pool hours are from 9:00 to 20:00. The maximum capacity in the water is 10 adults / 3 children. Non-compliance of this rule will force us to ask everyone to leave the pool.
• Prohibited all inflatable mattresses, balls and/or pool accessories.
• Masks are not required on the deck chairs or in the water.

CLEANING SERVICE

• Cleaning: every other day. The client cannot be in the room at the same time as the cleaning personnel.
• It is possible to request no cleaning service during your stay at check-in.
• Linen/Towel change:
• Towels: every other day.
• Sheets: once a week.
• Different color microfiber cloths are used for each section of the bungalow (bathroom, kitchen, living room).
• Single-use Vileda mops for each bungalow. Vacuum cleaner and Ozone machine.
• Certified Anti-virus products.
